Most, but not all, of our member schools use the HBT's contracted benefit administration system to manage benefit enrollment. New enrollees must consult with their business office or human resource manager for log in instructions to the PlanSource Benefit Administration System.

Changes in your life situation are known as qualifying life events (QLEs) and may give you the opportunity to sign up for a new health insurance plan or change an existing health insurance plan outside the open enrollment period. These include becoming newly married or divorced, having a baby or adopting a child, death of the insurer, turning 26 years old and losing coverage, and more.
